EVALUATION
Evaluation worksheets of operative objectives
Impact on students

We can consider the result of all the shared work with Anne Frank School very positive. It allowed the students:

bullet

to improve their communication skills in English;

bullet

to get a better knowledge of the  theme treated in the Project;

bullet

to get some knowledge of both native languages;

bullet

to develop attitudes of tolerance, understanding and respect for the “other”;

bullet

to know more about both countries, their culture, history and customs;

bullet

to have a better knowledge of their own cultural identity and  a broader awareness of its European dimension;

bullet

to understand  the unifying character of the knowledge they had acquired;

bullet

to enrich the teacher/students relationship

Feedback from parents
Impact on teachers

The contact with  colleagues of another European school allowed:

bullet

the exchange of enriching pedagogical experiences;

bullet

to diversify strategies in foreign language teaching, namely exploring  potentialities offered by the  pedagogy of exchanges;

bullet

to know more about   how to teach multicultural classes;

bullet

to know more about other educational systems;

bullet

to contribute to a wider European dimension of  education.

Other

Impact at school

bullet

The Project, mainly through the exchange programmes was also very enriching for the school life.

bullet

The dynamism brought by the exchange activities, the presence of foreign teachers and students at school  helped to break the routine of school life.

bullet

It also helped to project the school image outside its walls.
