New deadlines have been
established and you can participate in this
event till the 10th January 2004.
The
event Tell me about Xmas in your country! takes
place from November 8 to December 15, 2003.
We
would like to invite students from all over
Europe to participate in this adventure that
takes place under the frame of the ECOLE-network
Tell me! project.
The
aims of this activity are:
-
to
know and let others know how Xmas is
commemorated in different countries in
Europe
-
to
share experiences and ideas and
-
to
make us more aware of the differences and
similarities between the way we celebrate a
special occasion in our country.
All
the works will be made available on the ECOLE
Website.
Students
can participate in one or more of the underneath
categories:
Drawings
or Paintings
A
Xmas Eve scene in your country
A Xmas scene at home
Xmas decorations at home or in the streets
...
Postcards
with
Xmas greetings in the students' languages as
well as in English.
Traditional
Xmas recipes from your country
Webpages
or .rtf documents, written in English, with
Xmas recipes typical from the students'
countries.
Poetry
/ Xmas carols
Small
poems / Xmas carols (lyrics and words) in the
students' languages and translated into
English.
