You need:

newspapers
white paper-tape
a bottle of plastic filled half with sand/water
clothes
different kinds of paper
a stampler

bottiglie di plastica riempite per metà con sabbia,

carte crespa,
una spillatrice.

Step 1.

Make a ball with a page from a newspaper, being sure to get the right proportion head/bottle. Cover the head with cloth, white/pink/brown, it depends on the character you want to make.

Si accartoccia la carta di giornale facendo una testa proporzionata alla bottiglia e si fodera con stoffa colore panna/rosa/marrone, secondo il personaggio che si vuole creare.

Prepare two arms with wire. Cover them with paper and fixet the paper with the paper-tape.

Step 3.

Fix the arms and the head on the bottle with the tape.

Si preparano due braccia con un po' di filo di ferro, coprendole con un po' di carta di giornale che si fissa con il nastro adesivo.

3.

Si fissano le braccia e la testa al corpo con un po' di nastro adesivo.

Make an underskirt with a big newspaper page.

Fix the paper with a stampler.

Si forma la sottana con la carta di giornale.

Si fissa la carta con la spillatrice.

We do not draw the faces on the characters. We prefer to let the children imagine their feelings.

E' preferibile non disegnare i visi, per lasciare i bambini liberi di immaginare gli stati d'animo dei personaggi.
